Health insurance information

PreferredOne was purchased by United Health Care in 2021 and our contract expires on 6/30/2023.  The district requested proposals form several different administrators, and after a search and review of several different health insurance administrators, the district elected to contact health insurance administration with  UMR (a division of United Health Care) effective 7/1/2023.  This option provided for the most cost savings and least disruption for our employees. 

With this change to UMR, our plans, coverages, deductibles and copayments will remain the same. The pharmacy provider will continue to be ClearScript.  Everyone will receive new cards by July 1st

Once we get closer to July, we will send out more detailed information regarding member services, mail order pharmacy and other helpful information.

Dental insurance information

There are no changes to the dental plan or coverages at this time. Employees may contact Delta Dental at 800-448-3815 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts
